Refund policy
Check the package immediately upon arrival for any signs of damage. Once you sign for your package, you agree that the item you receive is in good condition. If you fail to carry out an inspection before signing for delivery, you will, for all practical purposes, waive your right to make a claim for damage, even if damage is later discovered (known as concealed damage).
Report any shipping damage or faults by email within 72 hours of receiving the item. HT-Wholesale reserves the right to reject courier claims made after this time period.
Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make the wrong choice. Please ensure you select products carefully and ensure they meet your requirements before purchasing. If a product becomes faulty HT-Wholesale will replace it where possible and will only issue a refund if replacement is not possible.
Returned products must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Any items that have been used, worn or altered will not be accepted for return.
