What products does HT Wholesale sell?

Do you deliver across New Zealand?

Delivery options are available across New Zealand, but price, carrier and timing depend on the product and destination. Bulky products may need a freight quote. Rural, island or restricted-access addresses may require confirmation before dispatch.

Is Auckland pickup available?

Auckland pickup is available for eligible orders. Please place your order or contact us first and wait for pickup confirmation before travelling. Some bulky products require extra handling or an agreed collection time.

How long will delivery take?

Processing and delivery times vary by item, stock location, destination and carrier. Check your order confirmation and tracking information, or contact us before ordering if timing is important.

How do I request freight for a bulky product?

Send us the product link, quantity, delivery suburb and postcode, and whether the address is residential or commercial. Please also tell us about access or unloading restrictions so we can check the available freight option.

Can businesses request bulk or trade pricing?

Businesses can contact HT Wholesale about repeat purchases, project quantities or bulk orders. Include your business name, the products and quantities required, delivery location and expected buying frequency. Any trade price or terms must be confirmed in writing.

How can I check whether a product is in stock?

Check the product page first, then contact us if you need a larger quantity or if the order is time-sensitive. Online inventory can change as orders are processed, so stock is secured only once the order or written arrangement is confirmed.

Does HT Wholesale install artificial grass?

No. HT Wholesale supplies artificial grass only and installation is not included. Customers should arrange their own installer or complete the work as a DIY project where appropriate.

What size is the artificial grass roll?

Our current 40mm artificial grass is sold as one 50m² roll measuring 2m × 25m. Based on the published specification of approximately 5kg/m², a full roll is approximately 250kg and needs suitable freight or collection planning.

How much does the artificial grass cost?

The current listed price is NZ$2,000 including GST for a 50m² full roll, equal to NZ$40/m². Freight may be additional. Check the product page or request a freight quote before ordering.

Can I request an artificial grass sample?

Contact us to ask whether a sample is currently available. Appearance may vary with lighting and production batch, so confirm the current product details before placing a full-roll order.

Can I return an item?

Return eligibility depends on the product, condition, reason for return and applicable law. Read the current refund policy and contact us before sending anything back. Nothing in the store policy limits rights that cannot legally be excluded under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Photograph the packaging, product, shipping label and damage as soon as practical, keep the item and packaging, and contact HT Wholesale with your order number. Do not dispose of the product until the next step has been confirmed.

How do I track my order?

When tracking is available, details are sent using the contact information supplied with the order. Carrier tracking can take time to update. Contact us with your order number if tracking details do not appear or the shipment is delayed.
