1. Shipping policy:
Order Processing Time All orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days after receiving the order confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Once we begin processing your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Cost Calculation Shipping charges will be automatically calculated and displayed based on your order at checkout. You can view a detailed breakdown of shipping costs on the checkout page.

2. Pickup Option:
We offer local pickup service, which means you can pick up your order at our designated pickup location free of charge. When placing your order, you can choose the pickup option, and your order will be ready within 1 to 2 business days. When your order is ready, we will notify you via email and provide detailed pickup instructions.

Pickup hours are from 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM on business days. Please be sure to bring your order confirmation email when you arrive so that we can verify your identity.

3. Order Status:
Check Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to update. If you have any questions about your order status, feel free to reach out to us.


No Shipping to P.O. Boxes. Please note that we do not ship to P.O. box addresses. To ensure accurate delivery, provide a valid physical shipping address.
