Return/Exchange
1. Immediately upon arrival, check the package for any signs of damage. Once you have signed for the parcel, you agree that you have received the item in good condition. If you do not inspect it before signing for it, for all practical purposes, the right to claim for damage is waived, even if the damage is later discovered (known as concealed damage).
* Report any shipping damage or faults by email within 72 hours of receiving the item. HT-Wholesale reserves the right to reject courier claims made after this time period.
2. If you have purchased the required product in advance and have signed for the package and waited until it was to be installed to finally check the condition of the product (sometimes weeks or even months have passed); in these cases you are solely responsible for compensation for damage and loss.
3. Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges if you change your mind or make the wrong choice as a standard issue. Please ensure that you select your products carefully before purchasing and that they match your requirements.
4. HT-Wholesale will replace where possible and will only refund if a replacement is not possible.
5. Before returning an item under warranty, HT-Wholesale must be contacted directly for approval and the invoice will be required as proof of purchase. Photographs or other forms of evidence may also be required from the buyer.
6. Returned products must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and in their original packaging. Any items that have been used, worn or altered will not be accepted for return.
7. Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued in the form of original payment within 3-10 working days.
8. Any faulty or out of warranty returns will incur a 15% or $50 restocking fee (at our discretion) and shipping/shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
